Rideau Canal in Ottawa
Here I am at the north end of the Rideau Canal. These locks are right downtown in Ottawa beside the Parliament and the Chateau Laurier hotel. I'm looking for the boats, but don't see any this early in the morning. Where are they? Hello out there!
